LAURIE MAIMON, CERTIFIED PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Laurie Maimon has spent the past few years mastering the art of health and wellness. With over half a dozen certifications, her practice integrates physical, nutritional and holistic elements to achieve complete wellbeing.  Laurie's story is both relatable and inspiring to people everywhere.  After spending 30 years

raising three amazing children, she set out to learn more about her own health and physicality. During extensive studies of various nutritional and fitness disciplines, she became particularly attracted to Pilates. The philosophy and methodology spoke to her, and she began to immerse herself into this field. After teaching her first class she was hooked, and found her calling helping transform the lives of countless clients over the years.

Laurie creates a program tailored to each client’s age and fitness level, designed to improve toning, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and strength.  She has developed a program that will teach you how to change the way your back responds to day-to-day activities. Having started her career working in conjunction with chiropractors and physical therapists, her Pilates style trains the neuromuscular system to respond with appropriate protective core muscle action.
